ABOUT ME

I have been working at the intersection of data science, information technology, and research for over 25 years. With a background in computer science and a doctorate in innovation and strategy from the University of Innsbruck, I combine academic rigor with practical application. I regularly publish in both academic journals (1) and practice-oriented media (2, 3, 4, 5).

In the field of market research, I specialize in quantitative methods. My technical expertise enables me to apply complex statistical models to extract insights from large data sets. Rather than focusing on individual opinions, I emphasize representative group analysis in my work. I also developed my own AI-powered data analysis platform with interactive dashboards to support large-scale studies.

In information technology, I bring deep expertise in domain-specific language (DSL) design, crafting specialized tools to streamline and automate complex tasks. Additionally, I integrate large language models (LLMs) into domain workflows to enhance reasoning, user interaction, and decision-making. My work bridges human understanding and machine precision—making advanced systems smarter, more intuitive, and easier to use.

I live with my family in Vorarlberg, Austria.
